Frank Olsen
Frank Olsen is a landscape photographer,he likes to take pictures of the Northern lights and likes nature work.Self taught hobby photographer. He lives in the Northern Norway.
His favorite motive is the Aurora Borealis or the North Light
Here are a few of my favorite photos taken by Frank.
Here are different variety of photo's that Frank Olsen has taken. You can see each photo relates and has this sort of reflection. Frank is being creative by buying this Chrystal ball and using it for his pro folio. Most of his photos are used at an angle view and have a very soft contrast. Each photo has it's own rule of third's, for example the photo above has its own rule of thirds which is focused more on the bottom right. The depth of the field is the Chrystal ball. In each background Frank has used different scenery's for example the second photo above is taken on a mountain. I love Franks work, I think he is a very creative photographer who has good quality work, and a good example to look at for landscape photography.

Anglesey Trip Shoot 1
These are my best photos. The camera exposure isn't bright or isn't blurred.
My worst.
My best.
The reason this being my best photo, because its the best capture of the rock splashing in the water. You can see the very fine drips of water is froze, this makes it look effective
Froze shots of throwing rock's inside a puddle. On the first photo I didn't manage to get in the rock at the right time.So I retried it and threw the rock as I took the picture. You can see how effective and detailed your photo will look if its a frozen capture.
worst best

Before After
Gallery
These four photos are all in common, because they all relate to landscape photography and have similar colors. As you can see on the bottom photos the sand looks wet and shiny. This makes the photo look more effective and detailed. The top left photo looks calming, because of the wet sand and soft sky, put together. On the top right photo you can see waves appearing in a far distance, and on all of the photos the rocks make the photo stand out.
My worst
The photo is out of focus and is inaccurate. The camera wasn't in a good position so I tried retaking the photo from another angle. |
My best.
Here the photo is clear and is focusing on only one object. As it is much clearer then my worst photo and looks much better. |
Day 2
On day 2 we went to a different beach. It was much cleaner but colder. You can see on the photo very fine stones and the water is distanced from where I was standing.
Best
These photos were my best because the waves look detailed and still, there's small white bubbles that were formed with the waves,i managed to take close up shots of them.On the last photo I took a close up of shells
